Diet Day # 10
Harrows everybody. It's already day 10 of me trying to lose weight. I am losing weight but it is still not good enough because I don't see any changes physically :( maybe I need more time to see the results. Forced myself to go running this morning and right now, my whole body's aching from head to toe and I think ytd's cycling did play a part too. I swear it's dam difficult to lose weight but easy to put on.. I think I'm just losing water weight right now because the numbers on the weighing machine's fluctuating. I WILL NOT give up till I hit my ideal weight! Goodbye D:
